Any profit, compensation, or reward at TIVC is based on real world, real time contributions that we are able to provide to the world. Not projections on a spreadsheet. Not equity games. Not inflated valuations designed to make a handful of people wealthy while everyone else does the work.
If we are compensated, it is because something we built, solved, or delivered made a measurable difference in someone's life or business. That is the standard. Every dollar we earn ties back to tangible impact. If we cannot point to the contribution, we have not earned the reward.
